We provide free, browser-based file compression tools. Processing happens on your device; you are responsible for your files, your device, and keeping original copies. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Your content and rights

You retain all rights in files you process. You must only process content you own or are authorized to use. We claim no ownership of your files, which are never transmitted to us by the tools.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, to distribute malware, or to interfere with the site's operation or security.

We respect intellectual property rights. Because all processing happens locally in your browser, we do not host, store, or transmit your files, and no file you process can be published or shared through this site. If you believe that material accessible through this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@filecompressor.site identifying the copyrighted work, the material claimed to be infringing, and your contact details. We will review and respond to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and will remove or disable access to infringing material where applicable.

5. Quality and results

Compression results vary by file and settings. Lossy compression changes data; image-rendered PDFs lose selectable text. Test outputs before relying on them and never overwrite your only original.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3000 Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for loss of data, arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Third parties and ads
